Description

The perfect shape in cold forged carbon steel.  Cantonese woks have two loop handles. This size has riveted handles.

24″-30″ woks are 2 mm thick

Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use.  Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.

Sizing tips

General rule of thumb is to use a wok sized 2”-4” larger than the nominal chamber size. The exceptions are for the smallest and largest chambers which vary more.
Order a wok cover 2″-6″ smaller in diameter than the wok size.
