Engineered for larger batch frying, the FB‑20 Fry Basket measures 12.20″ long × 6.50″ wide × 5.31″ deep, offering expanded capacity without sacrificing precision. Constructed from heavy‑gauge stainless steel mesh, it ensures durability under constant commercial use while promoting rapid oil drainage for consistently crisp results.
The basket’s blue plastic‑coated handle provides heat resistance and a secure, ergonomic grip, making it safe and comfortable to maneuver during high‑temperature cooking. Integrated front hooks allow the basket to rest securely on fryer edges, simplifying draining and handling.
With its generous dimensions and robust build, the FB‑20 is ideal for professional kitchens frying larger portions of French fries, chicken, seafood, or other menu staples.
