Description

Mercer Culinary M15952 combination sharpening stone. This dual-sided stone features a 1000 grit surface on one side and a 4000 grit surface on the other for a quick and convenient tool to maintain the edges on your already sharp knives. The white 1000 grit side allows the user to hone the edge created by a coarse stone (sold separately), while the blue 3000 grit side provides the finishing touch to an already sharp edge.
